Comment amtetcher SNF 2012-10-23 14:58:36: 1 broken clamp

On the last electrode, lowest wafer, upper left corner, the clamp is broken off. Wafer seems to make contact ok with the other 3 clamps, just use care (and double check that the wafer seats ok each time it's put in).
