Problem amtetcher SNF 2009-08-23 17:05:42: Bell Mechanism Halts

On occasion, during bell raising/lowering, mechanisms catches and quickly releases. This results in the bell jar suddenly dropping down to end of lift bar (makes loud noise upon contact). Maybe some grease needs to be applied to the bar.
