Folks,
One of the things that cam out of the quality circle was the desire to have an up-tp-date etchrate logsheet at the tool.
I have taken the old one and prettied it up a bit, so the old data is still in the book. So are blank sheets for you to record etch rates.
Please feel free to share your data with other users of the amtetcher.
