Comment amtetcher SNF 2008-05-06 19:52:11: Another pump-down observation

Used machine 6:30-7:30 pm. Fails to pump to base after first turbo pump down with pressure reaching ~0.65 mTorr. Immediately after re-running, IG reads <0.5 mTorr and process continues.
