Problem amtetcher SNF 2011-05-10 16:50:51: Reflected power jumpy

While running prog#3 during training (3 mins) we noticed that the reflected power jumped from the usual 26 to 288W. The RF power was steady and no arcing was observed. Also, the display showed some strange characters....
