Found the incoming N2 pressure to the vent valve was set too high (42 psi). Lowered the pressure to ~ 15 psi. Before adjusting the pressure, the leak rate = 48 mT/min. After lowering the pressure, the leak = 5 mT/min. Vent time = 3.2 min. Turbo pump time to ~ 0.7 mT = 1 min.
