Pumped down the un-used cryo pump on the system to about 0.7 mT. Ran recipe 3 with the base pressure set at 0.5mT. The system started process after a turbo pump time of 6 minutes. I ran the recipe again with the base press at 0.55 mT, the turbo pump time was 3.9 minutes.
