Problem amtetcher SNF 2008-05-22 20:16:25: repeated ion gauge failure

users are only able to run after 6-7 attempts, after getting an ion gauge failure in each attempt about 1min into the turbo pumpdown step. I'm not sure if the ion gauge is to blame here since the pressure seems to go up abruptly before it fails.
