The user was lowering the chamber when system shutdown. Eric P noticed that the Bell jar circuit breaker had tripped. He reset the breaker and restarted the system. The tool had similar symptoms once before. The problem in that case was that the power to the hoist motor had lost one of its phases because of oxidized electrical contacts.
